This is my first post on the Garage, I normally stay in my sandbox over at Random but thought that this would be a topic that you guys might enjoy.

As some of you may know I live up north in Ontario but also have an apartment in the city (Toronto). Anyways I had to spend the last few weeks at the apartment, it is located just south of one of the more affluent areas in Toronto. Because of this it is a car lovers dream. Case in point over the last 2 weeks here is a list of cars that I saw.

• Black McLaren SLR
• Silver McLaren SLR
• Black Ford GT (personal favourite)
• Red Ferrari F430
• Silver Aston Martin DB9
• Silver Porsche GT
• Cream Jaguar XK

What makes this so strange is that most of these care while very expensive are also very rare in terms of production and where seen on the same strip in the village near a Starbucks (about 500 feet of road). The ones that shocked me the most were the 2 SLRs, in person these are just damn sexy. Next would be the Porsche GT and then the Ford GT as this is not the typical car that people with money would buy. I happen to love it and if had money falling from my pocket would look to pick one up.

I just hope that the people that own them appreciate them for the super cars that they are (well except for the XK).

I wish that I had my camera for the all of the cars but only brought it with me for the last 2 Starbucks runs that I made. I will keep it with me when I’m in the city and post when I see something that warrants it.
