This poor frosty looking Bug was sitting in the corner of the parking lot at the Dungannon service area. As I was taking photos, I noticed a single set of footprints in the snow circling the blue Beetle.
Somehow I suspect that Warwick Patterson may have beaten me to the Beetle!

Haha! That Beetle is MINE, and you can’t have it!
Warwick was helping to move the Beetle from Ontario to B.C., I’ve been waiting for a long time for it to make the trip…

That’s funny! Why am I not surprised that you and W had something to do with it?!
It’s the first time I’ve been involved in towing a disabled car TO a rally! It better be worth it dave
Just wait until he finds out about the bud hidden under the back seat.
You’re right, Gary, it does look like a 4-wheel cooler!
Obviously a difference of perspective between the coasts!
The other bud Paul!
LMAO! Paul, the one you’re thinking about starts with a capital B.
… we can’t afford the capital “B” in the Maritimes …
Sorry, no bud (liquid or otherwise) under the seats. This particular Beetle has been in my Family for 24 or 25 years…mom drove it through university and it was saved (or rather fought over) by me to keep it!
Turns out I’m only the third owner, and when I head back to T.O. in a couple of weekends dad is going to give me the original bill of sale for the car.
Pretty sweet!
