It’s not very often we get to combine our love of rally cars with the Kool that we’ve come to love through our west coast contributor Aaron Von Minden. Today though, the folks at Hemmings have a ride that does just that.

This old dirt track racer currently belongs to Jon Auerbach and is about to embark on a coast to coast mission. Originally the property of a Mexican President, the 5 window coupe went on to a winning racing career at the hands of El Presidente’s son.

Now this beasty is the kinda cool that we love to see!
