Firebird Raceway recently held their spring swap meet and had a visit from a racer from the past. A regular in the Northwest drag scene from 1964 to 1978, Del Crossley brought out his Green Hornet J/Gas Studebaker. The asking price was only $3000! Could you imagine cruising around town in this, as it sits? It might be the ultimate rat rod, with it’s honest patina rather than a manufactured one. Very cool!
