It gets purty hot down in tha south. So hot in fact that a guy in Broken Arrow Oklahoma (is that even in tha south?) has been arrested for working on his car while he was nekkid. It seems that a 9 year old boy came home and told Mom there was some guy working on his car in the nude. The amazing thing is that this dimwit was arrested twice for the same offence! You gotta wonder, if this guy even bothers with safety glasses and gloves, but does he wrap his Johnny.
