Introducing: Andrew Lee
July 23rd, 2007 — Tags:blogging, drifting, tuner-car
First up on the new team roster is Andrew Lee. Andrew comes from a slightly different background than most of us here in The Garage to date. He quite literally grew up with the import tuner hobby and has seen everything that scene has to offer, both the good and the bad.
The street scene gave way to organizing track days and even working with the Toronto Grand Prix. Lately, the drifting bug has caught Andrew’s attention. Having been through an apprenticeship program, he’s even pretty handy with the wrenches.
Now, I suppose I can turn it over to Andrew to introduce himself! Welcome aboard, we are looking forward to seeing your spin on this crazy hobby.
Ruf R Kompressor

The green monster. German super tuner Ruf has released their newest 911, the R Kompressor. The 3.8 liter flat six sports a supercharger, twin intercoolers and a new intake manifold. These upgrades, along with a modded computer and high flow cats brings power output to over 400 hp with 347 lb of torque just waiting to turn those expensive Z rated tires to blue smoke. The car receives bigger brakes and a smokin body kit.
Things have been so busy here in The Garage that the guys at Jalopnik beat me to the punch on this one.
