It’s Canada Day and it seems like Mother Nature has finally decided to hold back the rains here in Southern Ontario. We have a glorious, sunny day. The coffee is hot and strong and the garden is full of weeds. We’re going to have a fun filled day of nothing here in The Garage. A walk on the beach with the dog, a few hours of pulling said weeds from the garden and then finish things up with a nice family BBQ to celebrate our country’s birthday.
I hope you and your family have an equally happy day!

2007 has come to a close and 2008 has dawned under a fresh blanket of heavy snow. Fortunately, we’ve got galleries full to the brim of images from the race track to remind us of warmer days. 2007 was an incredible year for The Garage. We’ve made many new friends and driven more cool cars than we could have imagined. Some of those new friends have joined the team here in The Garage and have helped take the growth of our little publication to new levels.
For 2008 we have all sorts of new things in line for our readers. Last weekend, you got a little taste of what’s to come with our first weekly news podcast thanks to Jeff Bressler. Soon, we will begin filming our first in a series of video interviews. We are also about to launch a companion site aimed at helping the new car buyer research their purchases.
From all of us here in The Garage, from the East Coast to the West, we wish you and your families a healthy and happy 2008!
