Honda Art Car

Over the years, car manufacturers have occasionally turned over their cars to the artsy world and we’ve seen some incredible results. BMW’s art cars from the Seventies were legendary and included designs from a wide range of artistes, including Andy Warhol.

Now, American Honda and House of Blues have joined forces to create a Honda Fit art car. Painted by folk artist Jack Poppitz, the 2007 Fit depicts the history of blues music. The car will be auctioned off and there are many other prizes to be won along the way. +

Proceeds for this program will benefit the International House of Blues Foundation, a non profit charity dedicated to bringing the arts to schools.
