As I mentioned earlier in the week, the Canadian Motorsports Expo is on this weekend at the Toronto Congress Center. There really is a bit of something for everyone this year, from road racing to rally, stock cars and even a monster truck. For those looking for new performance or safety gear for the upcoming season, there are far more vendors this year than last, with all sorts of goodies. The show runs till the end of tomorrow.

For the 2nd year in a row, the Canadian Motorsports Expo will invade the Toronto Congress Center to provide a bit of sunshine to the middle of winter. Following some facility construction delays, the CME has announced that the 2008 show will be held February 29 to March 2, 2008.
The CME is a great way for participants and fans of all types of racing in Canada to get off the couch and get the racing juices flowing. There will be cars and bikes on display, all sorts of racing related vendors and how to seminars. Fans will have an opportunity to get autographs from a few celebrity drivers. One would expect that Ron Fellows will likely put in an appearance and I’m sure we’ll see some other big names.
