The cars of the Ruf team are some of the fastest and most exotic of the world’s supercars. They are also the most reliable, which endears them to serious enthusiasts all over. Now, from the Ruf stable comes the CTR3. Originally thought by many to be based on the Cayman S, the car is actually based on a 911 with new Ruf built carbon fibre and aluminum structure. One thing is for certain. This beast is fast! With a 0-100 k time of 3.2 seconds and a 235 mph top speed, this will be the vehicle of choice for a few lucky Gumballers and Bullrunners for sure.

The power of the universe wasn’t enough to help Hayden Christensen survive the Bullrun. The Star Wars star’s race was run, when the fuel pump let go in his 1999 Ferrari. He has apparently been towed back to out area, presumably to a Toronto area Ferrari shop.

I guess I should be reading more instead of playing with Porsches. One of the topics with Messers Ruf & Ranta yesterday was the upcoming Bullrun. Little did we know that the Bullrun was in the Greater Toronto Area as we spoke. If I had known, I might have made a run downtown to look for some photo ops.
