The Road Legends Cruisers in Durham, Ontario have been organizing cruise nights for years. On Saturday evening I decided to take the boys over the the Ajax Canadian Tire to check out a few cool cars. While they have the occasional big one every year, most of these weekly cruises are weekly events with 30-40 cars. Imagine my surprise then when we arrived to find a huge car show in progress. I would guess that there were over 200 cars, ranging from Rods to classics, Muscle to mouse. Not to mention a few rats, elephants and the like!
If you are in the Toronto area and have a sweet old ride, or just want to get out and gawk the Road Legends Cruise nights are a great way to spend an evening. Be sure to visit their site to get the schedule.
More photos after the break
I’m still learning the in and outs of the new camera, so the images are a bit grainy. I’ll figure out this ISO stuff soon enough. if you want to see more, visit The Garage on Flickr

This old Ford pickup made it to Ontario from far away Kansas

I saw this sweet coupe at Autofest last summer & it’s still kool as hell

Since having been exposed to the AMX race car as a kid, I just love this wild AMC

This might surprise some of you, but Rocky Lee White’s 65 Falcon Squire might just have been the coolest car of the evening for me. Just think, a sweet ride that you can load the kids into and head off to the beach! Too Kool! It even has the right stickers. Keep an eye out for more pics another day.
