It’s no secret that I’ve had very little exposure to drag racing other than watching the legends on TV in the early Seventies. Since we began publishing The Garage though, I’ve had a ton of exposure to the world of hot rodding and vintage drag racing. Most of that exposure has come via that super cool Savage Speed Garage. It’s proprietor, Aaron Von Minden has become one of our two West Coast contributors by feeding us with the most incredible tidbits of So Cal Kool.

The latest addition to the Savage Speed Garage is something straight out of those childhood afternoons watching drag racing in Mom’s living room. A real, live front engined dragster! While the hole is empty, I’m pretty sure some sort of mill will find it’s way between the rails soon enough and we’ll be graced with the first burnout video!
