Muscle Milk Trans Am 2009 season opener from in car

With all the discussions of Trans Am, NASA and Spec e30 these days in The Garage, it was pretty cool to come across the story of the first Muscle Milk Trans Am race of the season this morning at Axis of Oversteer. 2008 NASA Spec e30 National champ Michael Skeen started at the back of the pack in his unsponsored car and stormed his way to a 2nd place finish. Fortunately for us, his on board camera was in top form to capture the action as a stormed past the field at Road Atlanta.

If you know someone who has some extra marketing budget lying around, send them over to MikeSkeen.com

My opinion of this series still stands, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be some excitement to fill out the series and these cars still sound beast-tacular.

Great drive. What engine where you running. Sounded like a 335 or 358. I run the former Archer Bros 94 mustang in HSR with a 358. Thinking about Trans Am. Enjoyed the film. Good luck
