Would you believe that this muscle concept christened the KC-427 is being built in Malta? No, not Malta, New York, but the island of Malta in the Mediterranean Sea.
I always enjoy looking at the designs of Racer X Design, but this one really caught my eye because of its Cobra styling and its mighty 7.0-litre V8 engine sourced from the Corvette Z06. A unique combination of style and power I would say.
It appears they will produce 20 hand built units of the KC-427. The roadster is set for completion next year. Kudos to these guys in Malta for nailing American Muscle style.

The thing is sexy…I just wonder how long before Shelby’s licensing guys start checking them out.
Me thinks Carrol Shelby may want to call his office, or the office of his lawyer.
The stly maight be a bit close to the original.
Good thoughts. With all of Shelby’s lawsuits, I wonder if the firm he uses has international attorney’s!
I think the if Shelby would see this work of art, they will start working on a more better product, as the work done by Racer-X is a master piece, which one has to look at it with a different point of view.
