What do you combine an old French car that’s been rodded with an old German steam engine? You get the makings of a pretty cool photo shoot. Throw in a talented video guy and a turntable for said steam engine and you’ve got one wicked video!
Christoph Wick shot this video of Kati Dalek shooting Gordon Von Den Bergen’s ‘28 Citroen rod for Smokin’ Shutdown magazine.
Awesome eye candy!

hi,
pleeeeeeeeeeease send me informations about that car..or the owner.. i bought the same orignal one some days ago and wanna build a hot rod too
gordon your rod is absolutely (im)perfect, thats what makes it so perfect. the fact that you built that thing virtually from hand using only the simplest of tools makes you a genius. it was a pleasure meeting you this week at motune during your tüv inspection. keep on rodding man.
Gordon, congratulations to your rod. Keep the good work up, and beleave me, I have seen so many cars….
Excellent workmanship, and it drives and handles like a new car. Like Dick said, it was a pleasure to meet you, and you keep the real spirit of Hot Rodding alive.
Thanks a lot for your pos. comments!
It was a realy challenge to build this car this way with the simple tools. But whenever I see it, whenever i ride it and whenever someone said that pos. thinks about this ride than I see it clearly: It was one of my best ideas to build it and even more fun to ride it!!
@Bernd Ritter
follow the motune-link, give him a call because he has my cell phone Nr.
Regards Gordon
