
With Hummer sales plunging into the abyss, showing a 22 percent decline this year, I guess GM figures that the only way to proceed is to downsize.
Hummer will revel at the Detroit Auto Show next month, the Hummer HX, which is even smaller than the H3, the current pint size model in the line.

Can a full blown production competitor to the Jeep Wrangler wrestle away any buyers? Only time will tell. It seems we will have to wait awhile to see though. No specific production plans have been announced.
David Rojas, Min Young Kang, and Robert Jablonski are the artists GM assigned to create a future off-road winner for the Hummer brand. All three are graduates of the College for Creative Studies in Detroit.

I’m liking the idea!
If they keep the promised fully-independent suspension, and assuming it is better than Generic Motors’ normal garbage, I WILL buy one.
