The Bancroft area came alive today with the sound of rally cars for the 2006 running of the Rally of The Tall Pines. Our man Jaimie headed out to see his first ever rally and provided us with some great pics. He actually took a whole gallery full. It’s a shame that nobody is running an old quattro these days, as that is what new rally spectators are hoping to see.

Indeed, it’s a shame that there’s no old school quattro or factory Subaru team, though there was an old school bus painted in tremclad flat black which was pretty awesome I thought!
In the end, it was another rally that was well done.
That was my school bus. I was driving the black legacy #29. The bus definetly attracts a lot of attention everywhere we go.
definitely a cool hauler! sorta like the purple one that ken stahl used to haul with.
